1. Reservations & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.

A valid credit card is required to confirm reservations.

Prices are subject to applicable taxes, tolls, parking, and gratuities.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time: No charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: Full fare will be charged.

No-shows (failure to appear at pickup location): Full fare will be charged.
3. Service Rules

Brazil Limo Inc reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for unsafe, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.

Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
4. Wait Time & Additional Charges

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after flight arrival.

Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time.

Additional wait time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
5. Liability

Brazil Limo Inc is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or events beyond our control.

Personal belongings are the responsibility of passengers. The company is not liable for lost or damaged items.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
